The original OS/2 distribution was created with Rommel's cs, a make-like
program. Unfortunately, the definition files omitted "NEWFILES".
This distribution uses "NEWFILES" (for HPFS), and generates both
OS/2 1.x--2 executables and separate bound OS/2 and MSDOS executables.
Use 'make -f makefile.msc all' to create all the executables.

The Spencer tests (in ./tests/) require a few modifications to work under
Stewartson's sh 2.0 (sh does not quite handle argument-passing correctly).

Files:
 grep.exe OS/2 1.x--2 executable
 egrep.exe OS/2 1.x--2 executable
grepb.exe OS/2 and MSDOS bound executable
egrepb.exe OS/2 and MSDOS bound executable
makefile.msc makefile for MSC 6.00A under OS/2 and dmake 3.8
