JVArcServ V1.08 : January 2, 1993.

JVArcServ is a server that will satisfy your requests in looking for a
certain program based on filename or file description. This server will
search through file requestable file listings for the program you are looking
for, and it will send you an e-mail message back telling you the BBS name,
phone number, and file section of all the systems in the network that
match the given criteria.

Commands that JVArcServ understand:

PROG <filename> Searches for <filename> in filenames.

WHAT <desc> Searches for <desc> in file descriptions.

KEY <key> Searches for <key> in either filenames or file
                      descriptions.

KEYWORD <keyword> Same as KEY, except that <keyword> must be a word
on its own and not part of a word. EG, KEYWORD MAIL
will match only "mail" and not "echomail".

LISTNODES List the nodes that currently have file listings here.

LISTMAGIC <addr> Lists all of the magic filenames at <addr>.

LISTSECTIONS <addr> Lists all of the file sections at <addr>.

LISTAKA [<addr>] List all of the AKAs of all of the nodes who have
file listings here. If <addr> is supplied, then only
                      lists AKAs of <addr>.

ZONES List the zones known at this location, including the
zone number, the name of the zone, and the number of
nodes which are in the zone and have file listings
                      here.

REGINFO Send information on how to register your node with
JVArcServ. You must obtain this information before
you try to register. Doing otherwise may be hazardous
to the harmony of the universe as we know it.

REGISTER [<addr>] Register your node with JVArcServ. Send the "REGINFO"
command and read the information that is sent to you
before you try using this command. <addr> is an
optional address field that you can use if you are
long distance from this node, but both you and this
                      system is local to <addr>.
