 Install base.com in any directory in your dos PATH variable.

 Base.com is a little dos program which
 outputs to the screen decimal,hexidecimal,octal, and binary
 of the same number.

 usage:  base <#[RADIX]>

  #   = decimal number (default)
 #[h] = hexidecimal number
 #[o] = octal number
 #[i] = binary number

 Below are the results of the highest inputs posible:

 Dec:   4294967295   Hex:    f    f    f    f    f    f    f    f
 
 Oct:  37777777777   Bin: 1111 1111 1111 1111 1111 1111 1111 1111
