Welcome to Shortwave Log!

*******************************************************************************

Last minute news:

o Users of previous versions will need to re-key all tables.

o The program will now build the frequency table from data entered
      into the logbook table.

o If SWLOG is run with the -b command line option (i.e. SWLOG -b), then
all screen writes will use the BIOS. Otherwise all screen writes go
directly to video memory. This should help on 8088 machines with CGA.

Documentation is available in PostScript and WordPerfect format. Both the
ASCII and RTF files that were generated by WordPerfect were garbage. Just
about any word processor should be able to read the WordPerfect file
SWLOG.WP

If you absolutely need an ASCII version of the document, drop a line to
swlog@edc3.gsph.pitt.edu.
