BEFORE INSTALLATION, YOU NEED TO KNOW:

Visual Basic Runtime Library(core files) are not included. SeeSeeWhy 
alarm clock needs those files to run. Three of them are Asycfilt.dll, Msvbvm60.dll and Oleaut32.dll. Maybe, they already exist on your 
Windows' system directory(just search in File Manager). 
If you've not found them or the files are not up-todate, try to 
download at www.msdn.microsoft.com 

=> Type "vb runtime" in Search Engine
=> Choose vbrun60sp5.exe(1020KB) or VBRun60.exe(1043KB)
=> Run it and the necessary files will be upgraded

Both of the files above are very useful for the programs made with 
visual basic. Keep it in a safe place!

1) unzip ccy14mar.zip

2) run setup.exe

3) make sure there is no SeeSeeWhy alarm clock is running while installation

 Open Control Panel, double-click on Add/Remove programs,choose
 SeeSeeWhy and click Add/Remove.

TROUBLE SHOOTING :

Q: Unable to register the DLL/OCX, LoadLibrary failed; code 1157, One
   of the library files needed to run this application cannot be
   found.

A: Visual Basic Runtime Library (necessary files) are not found.
