You can extend the warranty protection of your 95LX by purchasing an HP Service Agreement. The 1-year ($50) or 3-year ($135) plans extend the protection on your HP 95LX within the USA. International users: Contact your local HP sales center.
The service agreement covers repair or replacement of your 95LX at no additional cost. An HP representative said that out-of warranty repair costs for the 95LX tend to be high and that the Service Agreement was a good way to limit your risk.
HP promises (1-3 days repair time) and will return your repaired 95LX via Priority Mail.
You may purchase an HP Service Agreement within one year of the original warranty or a 90-day repair warranty. The Service Agreement will start at the expiration of the 1-year or the 90-day repair warranty.
