  _________________________

If you are having a problem with Magellan Explorer, don't hesitate
  to contact us.

Please follow these instructions on how to proceed.

o First of all make sure your problem isn't covered in the help
file located in your Magellan Explorer folder.

o In order for us to give you a quick and accurate solution it is
necessary that you supply us with some standard information about
     your system.

Please record your Magellan Explorer version number, Windows
version, and the basic hardware specification about your hardware
(RAM size, display adapter and CPU type and speed).

Send this information and a detailed description of your problem to
support@enriva.com and we will try to help you as soon as possible.

5. KNOWN PROBLEMS OR LIMITATIONS
_____________________________________________________________________

All the items on this list are being worked on and will be fixed in
  later releases.

o If you use ACD System's PicaView utility under Microsoft
Windows 98 and get no thumbnail in the context menu please
check 'Compability Mode' in PicaView's Options.

o If you have the original versions of some system libraries
that shipped with the first release of Microsoft Windows 95
Magellan Explorer is unable to display the Filter dialog and
Order Wizard. This does not apply to Windows NT 4.0 or
       Windows 98.

To correct this problem reinstall Magellan Explorer and make
sure you install the updated Common Control libraries.

o Batch files started by custom tools will keep their command
window open until the user manually closes it. To make the
window automatically close when the batch file completes
put "command.com" in the Command field and "/C " in front of
the batch file in the Arguments field (both without the quotes).
