1. Release Notes about the Web Hunter

Other than the program files in the install folder,
two system files are required for Web Hunter
  to operate. These are:

  1) COMDLG32.OCX located in Windows/System folder
-- The "common dialog box" for the Open File screen --

  2) MSVBVM60.DLL located in Windows/System folder
-- The Visual Basic 6.0 runtime routines --

If these files are present in the Windows/System folder
when Web Hunter is being installed, their version number is checked,
and if you already have a newer version, you'll be asked if you
really want to replace your newer version with the one being
installed herein. (Recommended: leave your current, newer version.)

However, if any one of these files is NOT present in the
Windows/System folder when Web Gather is being installed,
it will be installed. And at uninstall time, it will
  be removed.

(This seems logical, but one important note: if you install
some other program that uses these files, and that program
removes one or all of these system files when it is uninstalled,
Web Hunter will no longer function. This is probably something
you never have to know about -- but it's good to be aware of the
    possibility.)

WARNING: If you install the Web Hunter first, and then install the
Web Gatherer, but then you uninstall the Web Hunter, what
will happen is that the uninstaller will remove the system
files needed by the Web Gatherer, and Web Gatherer will no
longer function properly. Solution: either re-install
Web Gatherer, or don't uninstall Web Hunter.

LIST OF FILES INSTALLED:

After the setup is run, you should have the following
in your install folder:

Hunter.EXE (the main program)
Hunter.HLP (the help file)
Hunter.GID (system file)
INSTALL.LOG (Important: needed for successful uninstall)
License Agreement.txt (License Agreement)
overview.txt (Quick start reading)
readme.txt (this file you're reading)

And a folder called "hunthelp" (Not essential, perhaps, but it is a
good tutorial for how to use the Web Hunter.)

You can also use the Windows Explorer to open this folder,
and double-click on "index.htm" to view the tutorial in your
    system Web Browser.

2. Installation under Windows 95 (and some early Win98)

Some systems of WIN95 will have an older version of the file
  OLEAUT32.DLL installed.

This will need to be replaced with an updated version in order for
Web Hunter to work. You can get an updated copy of OLEAUT32.DLL
  at http://www.uforesources.com/dlldownload.html

Note that you will have to restart in DOS mode in order to replace
  OLEAUT32.DLL using the DOS command:

  copy OLEAUT32.dll C:/windows/system
