IRCplus is an Internet Relay-Chat Server for the Windows platform. The software will allow IRC clients such as mIRc, Pirch, MS Chat and others, connect to your computer. 

Supported platforms are Microsoft Windows 95, 98, Me, NT4 (SP3 or above), and 2000
