Where can I get a setup disk for a Tandy 1000 RL? Is there a
place I can download it?

Thanks,

Setup programs for Tandy DOS machines can be downloaded from:
            ftp://ftp.tandy.com/pub/support
            http://www.ast.com/files.htm
            http://www.tandy.com (now http://support.tandy.com ?)
            Tandy BBS at (817) 878-6737 or -6885
Intertan (Canada) Tech Services BBS at (705) 728-1481.
The files at the FTP site are self-extracting zips, one for each machine;
files at the other sites should be equivilent.

As an alternative, check your local Radio Shack stores for one that
still sells computers. They should have a CD-ROM with drivers, setup
programs, etc for most of the MS-DOS systems Tandy made. Buy (or bring
with you) a blank diskette and they'll copy the desired file.

Failing that, contact Tandy Software Replacement, (800) 451-9409 or
(817) 390-3475. They can provide duplicates of most system diskettes for
$7.50 each.
It has been reported that replacements are now obtained by sending
blank disk(s) (no money) to Tandy Retail Services, 200 Taylor Street 600,
Fort Worth TX 76102. The 800-number should be able to confirm this.
