* SVGA 256 Color Display Driver (Generic) for Windows 3.1

These Super VGA Drivers enable the user to run Windows 3.1 on most
non-accelerated  video controllers' Super VGA screen modes. (The
list of video cards with which these drivers work are listed in the
README.DOC file on this disk.) The SVGA drivers on this disk are 
most commonly used for getting around printing problems with 
Bookshelf '93 on the TANDY Sensation II Computer. These drivers can be 
used for other applications as well.

In order to obtain a printout of this README.TXT file, insert this
disk in Drive A, make sure the printer is switched on, is on line,
and at the C:\> prompt, enter the following command--

   PRINT A:README.TXT

and press <Enter>.


INSTALLATION

1.  Start up your computer.          

2.  At the C:\> prompt, type 

       CD \WINDOWS
       
    and press <Enter>.

3.  At the C:\WINDOWS> prompt, type

       SETUP

    and press <Enter>.

4.  Use the direction keys to highlight "Display," and press
    <Enter>.

5.  Use the direction keys to highlight "Other," and press
    <Enter>.

6.  When prompted for the display drivers diskette, insert this
    disk into Drive A and press <Enter>. 
    
7.  A list of available drivers is displayed. Select a driver 
    compatible with your monitor type, and press <Enter>.
               
8.  Respond accordingly to the prompts. When finished, the SETUP 
    program returns to the C:\WINDOWS> prompt.

9.  Run Windows. Windows will run in the new video mode and
    display the resolution of the driver you selected. Verify
    that the driver operates correctly.

README.DOC file on this diskette. In order to obtain a printout
of this README.DOC file, insert this disk in Drive A, make sure
your printer is switched on, is on line, and at the C:\> prompt,
type the following command--

   PRINT README.DOC

and press <Enter>.
